Formación

  • 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and/or systems engineering.
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Descripción del empleo

Activities:

  • Responsible for developing and applying engineering and manufacturing knowledge in PCB areas, including operation, programming, and maintenance of equipment such as SMT, auto-insertion, selective soldering machines, wave soldering machines, and soldering robots.
  • Design, develop, and implement assembly fixtures, soldering pallets, stencils, support bases, etc.
  • Plan priorities effectively, balancing technical activities with administrative tasks such as NPI orders, engineering samples, CAPA/CAR/PAR, NCR tracking, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred; 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and/or systems engineering; Lean Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role; recognized as an engineering expert.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including day and overnight trips.
  • 4-year engineering or technical degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience approved by executive management.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Capability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
