Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on new customer complaints, status of containment and corrective action, identifying risks to ensure the on-time delivery of the Queretaro products.
• Coordinate the development of corrective action plans to address customer complaints at the Queretaro site.
• Establish CAB review meetings with Bombardier sites to follow up on customer complaints.
• Develop and optimize all visual aids issued to the production shop floor to track containment and corrective actions.
• Ensure decision-making is based on the cost-benefit analysis of each customer complaint.
• Support the investigation and resolution of situations arising from customer complaints, audits, and follow-ups of quality alerts.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial, or Administrative Industrial Engineering.
• You have advanced technical and business English.
• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• You have knowledge of certifications in Catia V5 (or related such as AutoCAD), SAP, 3DVIA, Advanced Excel, and Office 365.
• You have experience in configuration and review of Technical Drawings.
• You have SAP management experience.
