We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the group of L2 associates and guide them.
2. Actively communicate with the stakeholders and coordinate with various teams.
3. Provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
4. Assist in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
5. Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
6. Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
7. Focus on enhancing the performance of the applications.
8. Collaborate effectively with other team members.
9. Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
10. Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support.
2. Knowledge of Unix, SQL, and other scripting languages.
3. Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.
