Job Title: Content Marketer
Contractor Fee: $2,500 - $3,000/month (USD)
Work Arrangement: Remote

About This Role:

We are looking for a Content Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. The right candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing email marketing support, and ensuring the smooth execution of email flows. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality customer support, optimizing email campaigns, and working collaboratively with leadership to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via Slack and email.

  • Address product-related questions and escalate customer concerns to leadership.

  • Design and modify email templates within Klaviyo based on customer specifications.

  • Create and manage email flows in both Klaviyo and the platform.

  • Coordinate the implementation and rollout of the solution within customer Klaviyo accounts.

  • Track, compile, and present performance reports demonstrating the impact on customer email personalization and flow results.

  • Develop and maintain internal documentation on how to use the tools effectively.

  • Conduct occasional customer calls to provide personalized support as needed

  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support operations and customer success initiatives.

  • Assist customers in fine-tuning email flows to meet their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • At least 3-5 years in email marketing and customer support.

  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, especially email template creation and automation flow management.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work directly with customers, including calls for personalized support.

  • Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to optimize productivity.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

  • Background in content marketing or creative copywriting for email marketing.

  • Experience in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
