THE WORK

• Design marketing assets across various formats: landing pages, ads, short videos, social graphics, and web visuals
• Create polished, on-brand presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads to bring concepts to life
• Contribute to video projects: storyboarding, visual design, light animation, and editing
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while introducing innovative, modern design solutions
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and changing priorities
• Stay updated with the latest creative trends, digital formats, and AI-powered design tools

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 3+ years of experience in digital or creative design roles within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused work: campaigns, ads, decks, landing pages, short videos
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Confidence in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats
• Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools (like Adobe Animate) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or creative automation platforms such as Bannerflow
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
