Experience Required in:

The Senior Linux & Cloud Administrator is responsible for:

• Respond, troubleshoot and resolve alerts & incidents in the Linux OS or infra layer – VMWare/ Azure/ AWS/ GCP
• Baremetal; Being a L3 escalation point for productive issues
• Follow change management processes during service request execution
• Seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment
• Operate effectively in a global 24x7 international environment

Primary Skill: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) (Expert)

• 4+ years of related professional experience
• Advanced technical background in Linux-based server operating systems
• Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades, and security patching
• Networking experience with TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls
• Experience with network services like DNS, LDAP, and HTTP proxies
• Good understanding of IT security and OS hardening
• Experience in script programming (Shell, Perl, Python, Go) and server automation tools (Ansible, CHEF)
• Experience with server operations in large environments and public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Fluency in English

Location: Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office
