Position: CRO Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website and landing page performance.
Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other A/B testing platforms.
Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to propose and execute testing hypotheses.
Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate test results and guide future initiatives.
Optimize pages for SEO while improving conversion flows, especially in Shopify environments.
Identify growth opportunities through data and experimentation.

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in CRO or a similar digital optimization role.
Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices and their influence on conversion.
Proficiency with analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
