Business Analyst Senior - IT Technical and Production

To strengthen our LATAM IT HUB in Mexico, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to complete our Technical & Production - Manufacturing Department within the IT organization. Reporting to the LATAM Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Business Solution Manager, you will be contributing to delivering the DMA solutions to LATAM Nestlé factories in the region. You will further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise in PowerBi Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud, Snowflake, pipelines, etc. This data will be in the context of manufacturing (performance, quality, energy, process modules, etc.).
2. Deliver support to the markets/factories for new implementations, sustain and leverage/improvement projects in Advanced Analytics, ensuring projects are on track as per timeline.
3. Be an escalation point for markets/factories for issues related to Analytics.
4. Provide technical expertise on SQL/databases.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global Advanced Analytics contact and markets.
6. Provide guidance on complex design or technical issues faced by the factories in reporting.
7. Develop a clear understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
8. Be at the forefront for the future of Analytics in Manufacturing at Nestlé.
9. Coach, motivate, and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that aligns with customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
10. Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
11. Partner with the FRM and Stream Lead to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.
12. Consult with Product Group teams and propose alternative solutions.

Required Profile:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
3. Experience in supporting Analytic solution rollouts and working across different time zones.
4. Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
5. Experience working with clients or customers, internal or external.
