Senior Project Manager – Retail, Hospitality, or Workspace Projects

Location : Barcelona, Spain (Office-based with Hybrid Work Model)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience managing retail, hospitality, or workspace projects within the commercial interiors sector. The successful candidate will lead high-profile projects and ensure excellence from conception to completion. This is an office-based role with a hybrid work model, allowing some days per month to work from home.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end project management for commercial interior projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accountability and reporting.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company and client standards.
  • Support project teams with MEP-FP knowledge and construction supervision expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in retail, hospitality, and / or workspace projects (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD) is required.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, French, and / or German (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing international or multi-site projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MEP-FP systems and construction supervision is required.
