In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying a variety of new customer experiences. You will uphold a high standard in operational excellence and quality. You will partner across functions to help define creative vision, product requirements, user experience, and cross-team integration for retail operations in Mexico, LATAM, and globally. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, designers, product managers, business stakeholders, and central team engineers, helping to define and drive the product from concept to production.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the software/hardware/networks development lifecycle
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scalability
• Experience communicating requirements and strategies with users, technical teams, and leadership
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineers
• Experience delivering products in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, distributed environments
