About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Remote Construction Engineer to play a leading, coordinating, and supporting role in technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The role involves direct work in site construction and supervision, civil works, installation, and integration services. The candidate will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, customers, and suppliers, in accordance with Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. Budget management and ensuring work is executed within project OHS requirements are also key responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or similar
• Fluent in English (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating field crews
• High self-organization skills
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience with site (RBS) construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
