Job Title: Financial Analyst (Senior)

Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve outcomes and generate value for our clients, aligning with our vision of exceptional relationships and transformative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Experience in outsourcing and consulting, with a strong understanding of client/vendor relationships
• Knowledge of billing structures such as T&M, fixed fee models, timesheets, project codes, rate cards, and SOW
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas)
• Understanding of Agile methodology is a plus
• Soft skills: attention to detail, organization, issue resolution, adaptability, and clear communication
