Formación

• 3+ years in a similar production role.

Descripción del empleo

Plans, organizes, and controls productive activities to ensure that the production of products meets customer requirements in terms of volume, quality, and cost, within established times and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitors and communicates compliance with production indicators to senior management.
2. Monitors production waste.
3. Ensures that the product meets the client's standards (quality).
4. Creates indicators of the established objectives.
5. Responsible for applying the code of ethics and business conduct and ensuring adherence to the guidelines of a socially responsible and inclusive company.

AUTHORITY

1. Manages resources to guarantee compliance with the production plan established by the company.
2. Has the authority to stop any process in case of safety or environmental risks.

Plans, executes, and manages the production schedule through production leaders and supervisors, confirms commitment dates together with the planner, and promotes compliance with standards, procedures, and programs regarding environment, safety, hygiene, and health, such as elimination of special handling waste, electricity savings, water savings, etc.

Ensures product quality in process lines in accordance with customer specifications and applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Engineering, Bachelor's degree or related field.
2. 3 or more years in a similar position in the production area.
3. Advanced written and spoken English.
4. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Personnel management skills.
7. Availability to travel.
8. Valid visa.
