Description

Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations, then Network Losses (NL) reduction role is that opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes and strategic initiatives to completion. Key job responsibilities

Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.

Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact.

Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses

Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Operations / process improvement, hands on waste reduction experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in operations. Existing Knowledge or ability to learn analytical tools will be helpful.
  • Experience owning end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English C1+

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
