Senior Fullstack React + Node Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at BairesDev, you will lead the development of sophisticated web applications using React and Node.js technologies. You'll architect solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications for our clients.

What you will do

1. Design and implement complex web applications using React and Node.js.
2. Lead technical decisions and architecture planning for full-stack applications.
3. Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
4. Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
5. Create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
6. Drive innovation in development practices and technology adoption.

What we are looking for

1. 4+ years of experience with React and Node.js development.
2. Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
3. Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
4. Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
5. Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and apply the best approach for each use case.
6. IT infrastructure knowledge.
7. Advanced level of English.
