The Finance Analyst role will provide support and analytical insight, and will partner with Finance Managers to analyze business performance. As a critical finance business partner, the Finance Analyst will execute against organization-wide analytical priorities, promote a culture of analytics, and support our commercial management processes and systems. This person will report to a USA&C Finance Manager.

What You Can Expect

- Promote a Culture of Finance & Analytics

  1. Collaborate across functions to align analytical efforts against business priorities and perform analysis to formulate insights that drive action.
  2. With the manager’s oversight, conduct descriptive and predictive analysis both independently and collaboratively.
  3. Perform post-promotional analysis to evaluate program/spend effectiveness, ROI and deal level lift analysis.
  4. Ad hoc requests related to market/cluster, e.g. channel, distribution and account analytics, supporting the forecasting process and inputs for business reviews.
  5. Actively participate in rolling forecast and budget planning, with a focus on pricing.

- Pricing & Margin Analysis

  1. Assist in all processes related to pricing and discounting.
  2. Support the annual pricing guidance process.
  3. Partner with the National Account Managers to provide market pricing in advance of NAM’s customer meetings.

- Supporting Commercial Management Processes & Systems

  1. Assist in the resource allocation process to ensure resources are efficiently allocated across the team.
  2. Partner with FP&A to process monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close related requirements.
  3. Provide pricing to help complete the New Item Setup process, and supplemental MRM support beyond the Region SMS scope.
  4. Reconcile distributor investment funds and support sales manager oversight process.

What You Bring to the Table

  1. Experience: At least 2 years of business experience or equivalent experience, with strong financial and analytical capabilities.
  2. Language: Fluency in English.
  3. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, creativity, passion for problem-solving, and strong diagnostic skills in order to connect the dots and provide a thorough business analysis.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, relationship building, and influencing skills while collaborating across a broad organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance).
  5. Experience with utilizing various software/data sources for analysis (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Tableau, SAP, etc.).
  6. Demonstrated professional maturity, business acumen, sound business judgment, and ability to provide advice to management based on objective and impartial analysis.
  7. A proactive self-starter.
  8. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  9. Personal honesty and integrity: the ability to effectively handle confidential information.

What Makes You Unique

  2. Beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience.
