Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en pruebas manuales, centrado en Power BI.
• Experiencia en SQL para consultas y validación de datos.
• Conocimiento sólido de metodologías ágiles.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar pruebas manuales de dashboards y modelos de datos de Power BI.
• Diseñar y ejecutar planes de prueba para soluciones de BI.
• Validar la integridad de los datos mediante referencias cruzadas.

We are currently searching for a Test Lead Manual:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manual testing of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to validate accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Design and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Validate data integrity by cross-referencing data sources and verifying consistency across visualizations.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies for BI projects.
• Conduct performance testing to optimize dashboard load times and large dataset handling.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of manual testing experience, with a focus on Power BI dashboards, DAX, and data models.
• Proven expertise in SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation (plans, cases, scripts) for BI solutions.
• Experience validating data across multiple sources and visualizations.

Desired:

• Familiarity with ETL testing for data pipelines feeding Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools for BI testing (e.g., Power Automate, Selenium).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
