Talent Acquisition Trainee

Activities:

1. Recruit diverse and talented candidates
2. Headhunt candidates using different tools
3. Build an external potential candidate pipeline
4. Consolidate needs from all sites
5. Provide local HR and manager with staffing options: internal candidates or external sourcing
6. Ensure application reviews on Opteam
7. Interview, select and present short list of candidates
8. Participate in continuous improvement of TA model

School-related activities:

1. Participate in regional school relation activities and partnerships
2. Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OPmobility strategy with the support of local HR team
3. Build and keep up to date regional talent pipeline
