Job Description

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You will assist with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress, and monitor the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques, and assist departments in following our established daily management system (DMS).
• Support teams in data collection and extraction to facilitate CI activities and the DMS.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
• Train colleagues on CI tools and new work standards derived from CI activities.

What you will bring

A desire to develop your career along with the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience with CI and high-performance work systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for supporting team discussions on CI activities.
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organizational discipline to support and educate on the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking for extracting insights from data.
