An Inbound Dispatch Support Rep is focused on operational support. They communicate with truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers daily. They provide top quality customer service and thorough information in a fast-paced environment using email and the telephone. Whether it is providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution, the Coyote 24.7 Team is there to help with a friendly voice and a No Excuses mentality.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  1. Answer inbound calls and emails from our drivers, carriers, and customers in a timely manner
  2. Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring the caller feels supported and valued
  3. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  4. Use available people and information resources to resolve issues independently, urgently, and thoroughly
  5. Update and document information utilizing applicable company software
  6. Create incidents & send emails as needed and notify appropriate parties, escalating where necessary
  7. Execute while maintaining exceptional customer service in tone and actions
  8. Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
