Formación

About the role of People & Culture Coordinator:

The People & Culture Coordinator supports daily HR functions at the resort, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. This role acts as a key liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

What you will do:

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in physical and digital formats.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
  • Support employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; hospitality or resort experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Discretion and integrity with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Abrhil Soft systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, depending on resort location.
