We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, that will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, attract leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with expertise in digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.

· Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital growth.

· Collaborate with web developers to implement enhancements and improvements.

· Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.

· Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic content.

· Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with clients, and promote insurance products.

· Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.

· Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.

· Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing objectives.

· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.

· Design visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, digital advertisements, email campaigns, website banners, and print collateral.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 90% + English Skills, written, spoken, listening.
• Knowledge in design software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing innovation.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple digital campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
