Business Manager - Commercial & Operations

Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead global or local operations teams, designing, running, and delivering day-to-day business operations.
2. Exceed customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash) across the extended value chain at the lowest cost.
3. Contribute to the Process Automation division in Mexico City, mainly accountable for executing customer-focused operations strategies.
4. Deliver financial and non-financial targets for manufacturing, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
5. Ensure a sustainable and effective value chain from supplier to customer, from order to delivery (products, projects, and services).
6. Develop and improve business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct operational risk management to validate and improve business reliability and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets, working with leading companies.
• Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies.
• Expertise in control systems, with desirable electrical systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Financial expertise in revenue, cash flow, overdue accounts, and control system projects.
• Valid passport and visa for at least 40% international travel.
