• Do you have at least 4 years of professional experience, including managing people, budgets, or planning activities?
• Do you have experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP?
• Are you comfortable using Excel?
• Can you manage multiple tasks at once through strong organization and time management?
• Are you able to work with financial statements and interpret statistical data?
• Are you confident applying math concepts like percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world situations?
• Are you comfortable solving practical problems that involve multiple variables?
• Do you speak both Spanish and English fluently?

As our Business Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and verifying project sales, costs, and CMII to ensure accurate financial performance. In this role, you will facilitate project and plan management meetings to update project costs and schedules, generate monthly financial closeout reports, and provide accurate profit and loss projections. You will oversee warranty claim cost processing, support the development of annual business and operating budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies, including the Close Out Policy. Working closely with project administration personnel, you will coordinate activities to ensure project goals are achieved within the prescribed time frame and budget.

As a key business partner, you will deliver high-quality financial insights to business leaders to support effective planning and operational decision-making.

What do you need to be successful:

• Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in finance or as a Controller
• Experience in billing processes and issuing purchase orders.
• Knowledge of purchase/sale contracts, logistics processes.
• Experience with detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced SAP skills
