The Senior Program Manager will own and lead strategic programs and projects within WCH Supply Chain with a multi-site impact. Projects and programs that will fall within Network Optimization efforts to enable capacity implementation and growth at multiple sites and drive business transformation. Also, will drive development and execution of the determined transformation programs. And partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop strategies to achieve business objectives and provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

The Senior Program Manager will own and lead strategic programs and projects within WCH Supply Chain with a multi-site impact. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Science or related area of study preferred. Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA preferred.
