Your role at Baxter

Responsible for performing engineering analysis, design, and verification of requirements, for small to medium projects and/or designated segments of larger complex projects. May guide other engineers on their technical issues, engage in design reviews, and help resolve problems of medium complexity.

What you'll be doing
  • Apply technical competencies and knowledge to solve problems of a routine nature or improve upon existing designs or processes.
  • Implement Change Requests (CR/CO’s) in the Agile PLM system, including detail design drawings, schematics, specifications, and bills of material.
  • Create or modify Bill of Materials, schematics, or other design documentation.
  • Create comprehensive and well-crafted documentation to effectively capture and communicate designs.
  • Document status and results accurately and succinctly, and with purpose.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
  • Encourage collaboration with seasoned professionals to enhance the excellence of the final outcomes.
  • Design and coordinate research and tests to validate, analyze, and solve technical problems.
  • Apply new technical tools and concepts under the direction of others.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
What you'll bring!!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or local equivalent of same
  • 2-7 years of experience in related roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
