Reports to: Global Learning Services Lead

Role Overview

If you enjoy design challenges, have experience in a fast-paced technical environment, and are passionate about learning, we want you on our team. As Learning Services Analyst, you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards, and certifications worldwide. You will also manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot technical issues for colleagues in Brazil.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging e-learning content with varying levels of interactivity.
• Support users by managing and resolving learning service tickets efficiently.
• Oversee training projects from analysis to production, ensuring high-quality materials.
• Present dynamic training programs using diverse formats like discussions, simulations, and videos.
• Maintain detailed learning reports and track training activities, attendance, and results.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and compelling digital content.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and stay updated on emerging technologies and training trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating infographics, video tutorials, or e-learning content (desirable).
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow management (desirable).
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 for creating interactive CBTs.
• Experience with video/asset development software like Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro), etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Self-organized and able to deliver projects on time.
