Formación

  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in a Maquiladora.
  • 3+ years in the automotive industry with strategic account management.

  • Oversee supply chain management and customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute Key Account Plans while coordinating orders.

● 5 years as manager or supervisor - Maquiladora (Mandatory)

● 3 years in the automotive industry

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or similar

● Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written (Mandatory)

● Knowledge of supply chain management (Mandatory)

● Advanced Excel skills

● Project management experience

● CRM and ERP systems knowledge

● Valid visa for travel (if applicable)

● Ability to visit customers and attend meetings

● Knowledge of automotive industry trends and standards

● Strategic Customer Relationship Management skills

● Experience in developing and executing Key Account Plans

● Order coordination and tracking abilities

● Proficiency in using CRM and preparing progress reports

● Strategies for Key Account growth and development

● Willingness to travel as needed

● Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and customer needs
