Job Description

Support by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or central entities.

Pressing System Specialist

• Responsible for implementing DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requested for VS.
• Support quality and customer audits.
• Support fixture and tool design, acceptance validation, release, and implementation in production.
• Validate new part number implementations and new line launches.
• Eliminate non-value added activities.
• Maintain communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and communicate them to MFP group.
• Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities; provide training and implement solutions systematically.
• Initiate actions to prevent nonconformity, record problems related to pressing system safety and quality, verify solutions, and control further processing until resolved.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electromechanical

Language: Advanced English

Skills:

• Ability to work in a team environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• At least 4+ years in pressing system technology: Kistler, maXYmos, Promess, Promess UltraPRO Technology.
• Deep knowledge about press in process.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and experience assembling small components.
• Experience with measuring systems, load cells, and dynamometers.
• Knowledge in precision engineering, assembly technology, or electronics.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience calibrating load cells and presses.
• Knowledge of traceability systems (MES, MIS).
• Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks or other mechanical design tools.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems.
• Deep knowledge in MSA and SPC.
