JOB Summary

Seeking an innovative, organized, strategic-minded and dependable program director. You must be detail-oriented and have great leadership qualities with oral and written communication skills. We need a master collaborator, ready to prepare, plan and implement program initiatives and monitor their progress to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage 300+ Team members across geographies. Team will be based out of Mexico City, Mexico and India.
  2. Develop a plan to run the program from inception to completion.
  3. Manage daily operations to support and implement program objectives.
  4. Create a strategic program schedule and timeline and follow it.
  5. Oversee and advise program staff.
  6. Ensure proper functioning of current programs.
  7. Identify and mitigate program risks.
  8. Improve program functions through innovative planning and processes.
  9. Status Reporting to Wipro and Client senior management on a weekly basis.
  10. Set and track program goals, progress and performance.
  11. Track, record and compile program documentation.
  12. Analyze program and report to management/stakeholders.
  13. Keep programs aligned with the organization’s mission.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Based out of Mexico City, Mexico. Working from Mexico City, Mexico (Customer Office) all working weekdays.
  2. Flexible in terms of working time to cover both Mexico and India associates' working hours.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, Bilingual both oral and written in Spanish and English.
  4. Managed large program in Low Code technologies like (Appian, IBM BPM, Pega etc.).
  5. Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, master’s degree preferred.
  6. 4+ years of experience as a program director.
  7. Basic accounting and data management skills.
  8. Strong business sense.
  9. Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point, Project etc.) and other program-related software.
  10. Organized and detail-oriented.
  11. Excellent customer service skills.
