Job Description

Business Planning - Organization/Unit Level
Provides revenue and profitability numbers for TAL accounts. Conducts market/segment analysis and identifies needs, services, and solutions to help set revenue and margin goals at the unit level.

Sales Planning & Review
Assigned target accounts (TAL) identified by HoS. Performs customer profiling, account planning, and sets revenue/margin targets by service line at the account level to develop strategies for achieving account opening and revenue goals.

Market Development
Persuades clients to provide and commit to industry-wide references, analyst references, case studies, joint webinars, and speaking engagements. Contributes to marketing events and sponsorships, creates or edits messaging around Infosys services and solutions, and participates in events and conferences to support revenue growth and ROI.

Customer Prospecting
Identifies key contacts within client organizations, secures meetings, and sets agendas focused on client pain points, industry context, and Infosys value propositions. Leads meetings, pursues opportunities with support from pre-sales and partners, and develops account structures to understand client needs and position Infosys as a trusted partner. Generates leads through meetings, conferences, and contacts to build a pipeline of opportunities.

Opportunity Identification & Qualification
Identifies and qualifies opportunities within TAL, creates pursuit plans, and ensures alignment with partners and sponsors to maintain a healthy pipeline across services.

Proposal Development
Assembles the appropriate team and external partners based on fit and market presence. Provides competitive intelligence, determines target pricing, and helps develop proposals to win business.

Proposal Negotiation & Closure
Prepares for and conducts meetings to present proposals, negotiates terms and pricing, secures necessary approvals, and ensures proper documentation (LOE/SOW). Coordinates with external partners and ensures smooth handover to delivery teams for project execution.
