Projects Senior Specialist.

As a Projects Senior Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation of existing processes to ensure the efficiency of the business operations and actively support the change, promoting and coaching the use of new methods to drive standardization and efficiencies across the organization to drive quick wins.

Responsibilities.

  • Develop and execute projects plans and business requirements that align with the strategic direction, working with stakeholders to define business cases, priorities, and contingency plans.
  • Handle project management/ leadership of regional and local initiatives including process design.
  • Responsible for support of projects/ system enhancements derived from process improvement initiatives.
  • Accompany market demands through the relevant planning processes such as need for change, roadmap, long-range plan (LRP) and subsequent implementation.
  • Evaluate and analyze data, business processes, procedures and controls and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications and experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related.
  • +2 to 5 years years of experience in consulting, finance, operations or other similar experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Process design & improvement.
  • Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
  • Fluent in English language.
