Formación

E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM

Your role:

• Responsible for leading the e-Commerce strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing business growth within marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM countries.

• Partner with marketing, media, and commercial teams to drive business growth through digital marketing activities aligned with the global roadmap and local market needs.

• Coordinate annual commercial moments, peak moments, and monthly calendars across categories for each key online customer.

• Serve as the main contact for digital activation and e-commerce topics in assigned markets, aligning with stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and digital teams.

• Collaborate with CRM and media teams to enhance online growth.

• Manage E-Trade KPIs (e.g., ROAS, conversion rate, sales targets), review digital activation performance, and report regularly, contributing to category strategies.

• Monitor external trends in digital, social, and e-commerce to foster innovation and best practices.

• Oversee budget allocation, ensuring campaigns meet budget, timing, and quality standards.

You're the right fit if:

  1. You hold a BS or MS in digital/e-commerce, marketing, communications, or business (preferred).
  2. You have at least 3 years of experience in digital/e-commerce organizations or B2C companies, with knowledge of processes, technologies, and best practices in complex organizations.
  3. You have previous experience in E-Trade or marketplace companies (highly preferred).


How we work together

We believe in collaboration. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days a week in Huixquilucan. The role may also require working outside the main facilities at customer or agency locations.
