Una empresa innovadora en tecnología de salud busca un Especialista en E-Trade para liderar la estrategia de e-commerce en México y LATAM. En esta emocionante posición, serás responsable de coordinar actividades de marketing digital, supervisar el rendimiento de las activaciones digitales y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ventas y marketing. Se espera que trabajes en persona al menos tres días a la semana, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y dinámico. Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en organizaciones digitales o e-commerce.
• Experiencia previa en E-Trade o empresas de marketplace es altamente preferida.

Job Title: E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM

Your role:

1. Responsible for leading the e-Commerce Strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within Marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM Countries.
2. You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via strong digital marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
3. Coordinate Annual Commercial Moments, Peak Moments & Monthly calendar across categories for each key strategic online customer.
4. Be the single point of contact for the assigned markets on all digital activation & e-commerce topics and align with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Digital).
5. Work jointly with CRM and Media team to drive online growth.
6. Accountable for E-Trade KPIs (example: ROAS, Conversion Rate, SO Targets...), reviewing performance of all digital activation and e-commerce channels against targets and reporting regularly, leveraging market and business voice to contribute to the category clients' strategy.
7. Monitoring external trends and developments in the world of digital, social, and e-commerce and feed in ideas for innovation and continued best practice.
8. Overseeing budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes, and quality standards.

You're the right fit if:

1. You completed a BS or MS in Digital / Ecommerce or equivalent discipline (preferred), or marketing, communications, or business.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in a digital / e-commerce organization, or B2C worldwide companies or operation models experience (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in complex organizations.
3. You have previous experience in E-Trade within a market or experience in any marketplace company (highly preferred).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in our office in Huixquilucan. This role also is expected to work outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or agencies’ locations.
