A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an E-Mobility & Sales Trainee. This role involves overseeing projects that enhance sales of electric vehicles, creating monthly reporting that encompasses various data points, and ensuring targets for xEV sales are met. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and possess strong customer service skills.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in English language.

E-Mobility & Sales Trainee.

BMW Mexico.

As an E-Mobility & Sales Trainee is responsible for the area operation, creating requisitions, various documents, and presentations.This position will oversee the strategy of projects that can help the sales of 100% electric vehicles, the key topic for this position is to create the monthly eMobility reporting, gathering information from several sources, many reports & data, and create the business intelligence reporting where all aspects for electric cars can be shown, as sales, competition, charging infrastructure, taxes etc.

Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for creating the monthly electromobility report including all relevant data based on the xEVs sales of MX, BR, Importers Markets.
  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of xEV (BEV and PHEV) sales targets as group function (BMW Automobile, MINI) towards National Sales Company and MINI.
  • Responsible for coordinating all xEV enabling topics of the NSC via functional steering: e.g. eMobility and long-term business development (e.g. 360° Electric, charging infrastructure topics) and corporate sales (consultancy) as group function (BMW Automobile, MINI and Customer Support) towards National Sales Company and MINI.
  • Responsible for building overall picture for xEV, from sales to expenses, including CoR and CoW as well as multi-channel performance as group function (BMW Automobile, MINI and Customer Support) towards National Sales Company and MINI.
  • Responsible for implementing ACES topics in the market regarding the vision of automated, connected, electrified cars and services for urban mobility in the future as group function (BMW Automobile, MINI and Customer Support) towards National Sales Company and MINI.

Qualifications and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree on Administration, Business or related field.
  • +1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
  • Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • SAP (desirable)
  • Fluent in English language.
