As an E-Concierge, you serve as a key digital contact point for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay, providing information about the hotel and local area.

What will I be doing?

As an E-Concierge, you will:

• Have extensive knowledge of the hotel: room categories, restaurants, events, services, and local area to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
• Monitor online reviews and communicate feedback to relevant departments.
• Respond to guest requests promptly through digital platforms.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill special requests.
• Follow up on requests to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and encourage positive feedback.
