With fulfillment based in Tempe, Arizona, the company leverages both platforms to provide customers with convenient access to reliable, high-demand products. About the Role: We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a TikTok-based e-commerce store. This role is ideal for someone with a background in e-commerce, strong administrative and marketing skills, and a deep understanding of TikTok Seller Center. You will play a key part in product research, ad management, performance tracking, and social media communication.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with admin tasks on the TikTok Seller platform (excluding sensitive permissions)
- Conduct product research to identify high-potential inventory
- Manage and optimize paid TikTok ads (setup, performance tracking, reporting on ROI/PPC)
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and content strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with users on social media
- Provide regular updates and performance summaries to the client
- Maintain spreadsheets and performance reports (Excel proficiency required)
- Support business development initiatives, including research into Walmart and Home Depot dropshipping
Qualifications: - 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketing, or business development
- Proven experience managing TikTok Seller Center and social media engagement
- Proficient in Excel (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with online selling platforms and digital advertising best practices
