The E-commerce Sales Manager is a customer-facing commercial role responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for assigned accounts. The position focuses on delivering profitable growth for a brand, channel, or category through effective customer management, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Hard Skills: Account planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, commercial negotiation, and key performance indicator tracking. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, commercial modeling, and performance tracking. Experience using customer relationship management platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Soft Skills: Clear communication and the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the customer’s organization. Customer focus and the ability to build trusted, long-term commercial relationships. Strategic thinking, results orientation, and sound judgment when prioritizing business opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration, organization, and effective follow-through on commitments.
