Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Specialist
Permanent Remote | Full-time

We’re hiring an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support one of our clients in growing their online brand. This is a hybrid role where you’ll run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns while also managing the day-to-day operations of a Shopify store. If you love both the creative side of paid ads and the behind-the-scenes work of keeping an e-commerce site running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Track performance and adjust campaigns based on real-time data
• Generate reports and insights to help guide strategy
• Add and update products, descriptions, and pricing
• Troubleshoot basic issues and keep the site updated

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (not just browsing — actual backend use)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and conversion tracking
• Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Canva
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
