E-Comm & Payment Specialist and become the go-to expert ensuring our panelists are engaged, accurately paid, and seamlessly supported across multiple platforms!
In This Role, You Will
- Manage Panelist Relations: Respond to inquiries across email, website, and app, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation.
- Process Payments & Incentives: Accurately handle check reissues, manual payments, incentive adders, and gift card loading, including investigating payment issues.
- Monitor & Optimize Digital Channels: Oversee chat communication, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to performance statistics.
- Handle Status Changes: Process panelist status updates based on various criteria (e.g., "Away from Home," medical/technical issues).
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
This is a
hybrid position based in our Guadalajara office.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite applications and comfortable navigating multiple internal systems (e.g., 3CI, Omni, Xnet).
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: High ability to multitask and ensure accuracy in all processes.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent writing skills and a knack for clear, professional communication.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to investigate and research issues, finding solutions even when answers aren't obvious.
- Adaptable: Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the position.
