We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Business Jr Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations. As the E-business Jr Manager, you will assist the E-business Sr Manager in increasing the productivity of the area operations and ensure seamless activations within the digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce operations follow-up
Campaign orchestration within the digital touchpoints
Seamless and mastered catalog execution (activation/discontinuation)
E-merchandising excellence & localization for digital channels
Execute e-commerce activation projects
Run & features follow-up / testing within the digital channels
Personalisation, AB testing, UX analytics
Online appointment booking management & operations and other services operations within the site, such as Store Locator
Boutique monitoring project
Partner with Client Care team to solve client issues within the platform
Ensure the website functionality meets the needs of customers and business
Support in business case preparations for new channel openings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field
3 to 5 years proven experience in e-commerce, preferably D2C. Marketplaces experience is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Marketplaces platforms experience is a plus
In-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social media
The E-business Jr Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
