Solera Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Senior Dynamics System Analyst to drive the migration from AX2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and to design, develop, test, and support the ERP environment.

You will lead FinOps initiatives, document processes, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate manual workflows, ensuring alignment with business strategy throughout the transition.

Formación

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with Dynamics365FO and AX2012.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team.

Today, Solera processes over 300million digital transactions annually for approximately 235000 partners and customers in more than 90 countries.

Solera is undertaking a multi‑year project to migrate our global AX2012 instance to Dynamics365Finance & Operations. We are looking for experienced candidates to execute this direction and maintain the legacy implementation during the transition. The Senior Dynamics System Analyst is responsible for playing a significant role in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and supporting the complete Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in FinOps initiatives, developments, and key objectives.
• Document and maintain FinOps internal processes and contribute to process improvements, system mapping, and change management.
• Lead system improvements, enhancements, and special projects related to PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.
• Design new processes, streamline existing FinOps processes, and ensure updated processes are stable and maintained.
• Work closely with all Finance, Operations, and IT teams to automate manual processes, implement best practices, and ensure business needs are met with a cross‑functional lens.
• Lead meetings with user groups, super users, process experts, and functional leaders to discuss issues/ideas and proposed changes.
• Analyze the business requirements of all internal departments to standardize/improve business practices, processes, and procedures using the ERP system.
• Proactively research known issues, test key processes, and educate business SMEs/BPOs on existing or new ERP functionality.
• Support the Finance Team as a subject‑matter expert for essential activities, including month‑end reconciliations, GL account reconciliations, and month‑to‑month variance analysis.
• Manage key procedures to complete all weekly and monthly financial close activities and reporting models.
• Monitor and perform daily finance operations and help manage ongoing initiatives.
• Propose and implement policies and initiatives to keep all recurring financial operations aligned with strategy.
• Create/maintain process documentation via MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Preferred 6–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with Dynamics365Finance & Operations and AX2012.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven with the ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Solution‑oriented, proposing new solutions to problems and processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with teams outside the Finance Department.
• Experience with various MS technologies that complement Dynamics365Finance & Operations such as Task Recorder, RSAT, Logical Apps (Preferred).
• MS Dynamics365Finance & Operations Certifications (Preferred).
