Description and Requirements

Position Description:

• Provide vision on industry best practices and guide the finance team to achieve corporate strategies through solutions.
• Represent the Finance team in cross-functional projects.
• Gather business requirements from various units for finance, accounting, tax processes, and reporting; collaborate with IT to develop workable solutions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and seamless operations.
• Coordinate teams to identify issues affecting financial reporting and propose solutions.
• Lead efforts to establish or optimize finance processes supporting different business scenarios.
• Review and improve service finance and operational principles aligned with business needs.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise information projects in large SAP environments, familiar with SAP/S4 FICO in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in project management.
• Desired skills include:
• CPA or PMP certification.
• Experience in channel sales rebate finance management.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing new operating models or reorganizations in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury.
