About The Team/role

As a Driver Loyalty Intern, you’ll work on strategic projects with regional impact across Latin America. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams – including Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX – to launch new initiatives, analyze business performance, and help shape the future of the driver experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through analytics, experimentation, and AI.

In this role, you’ll be...

• Assisting in the design and execution of driver loyalty and engagement initiatives.
• Supporting the development of loyalty benefits and incentive programs while analyzing their performance and business impact.
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen the value proposition for drivers.
• Analyzing driver behavior, operational data, and market trends to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and earnings.
• Building dashboards, business analyses, and presentations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analyses, and improve operational efficiency.
• Contributing to high‑impact regional projects with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

• Experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.
