Formación

• Minimum 3 years in driving heavy machinery.
• DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator is desirable.
• Knowledge of site EHS and Federal Transportation license is required.

Job Title: Driver and Crane Operator

Purpose of the Job: To operate trucks with platforms carrying loads and operate cranes within tracks and highways.

Position in the Organization:

• Organization Structure: DIS / Installation
• Reporting Line: Directly to PrYM
• Key Contacts: Installation Supervisor, Site Coordinator, PrYM, Field Operation Manager

Mission & Performance Measurement:

• Lifting and maneuvering equipment.
• Understanding and applying weight, volume, distance, and high lift procedures.
• Maintaining trucks and cranes, reporting mechanical issues, and attending to maintenance.
• Ensuring safety, quality, EHS, and railway safety standards.
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and time availability.
• Controlling vehicle use and fuel consumption.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform staff transportation adhering to EHS standards and regulations.
• Ensure safety and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Report vehicle issues and perform basic electrical or mechanical repairs.
• Transport materials and operate cranes for lifting.
• Follow transit rules and deliver specialized materials and tools.
• Complete checklists and documentation.

Educational Requirements: Middle School / High School

Mandatory Skills:

• Transporting staff safely and on time.
• Adherence to EHS procedures.
• Diligence in transportation.
• Autonomous, thorough, team-oriented, curious, quick learner.
• Experience with night shifts and site work.

Desirable Skills:

• DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator.
• Experience in transport and railway industries.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in driving heavy machinery. Crane operators should understand lifting procedures and tables.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of site EHS, Federal Transportation license.
