Formación

Purpose of the Job

To drive trucks with platforms carrying loads and operate cranes within tracks and highways.

Position in the Organization

Organization Structure: DIS / Installation

Organizational Reporting: Direct reporting to PrYM

Key Network & Links: Installation Supervisor / Site Coordinator / PrYM / Field Operation Manager

Mission & Performance Measurement

• Lifting and download equipment maneuvers.
• Understand and apply Weight – Volume – Distance – High lift procedure tables.
• Maintain truck and crane in optimal condition by reporting mechanical issues and attending maintenance.
• Ensure safety, quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety).
• Maintain a good attitude and time availability.
• Control binnacle use and gasoline consumption.

Main Responsibilities

In compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards, the Staff Transportation Driver performs:

• Staff transportation ensuring railway safety at all times.
• Timely and secure delivery of equipment and materials.
• Compliance with EHS procedures.
• Reporting vehicle issues and failures.
• Simple electrical or mechanical repairs.
• Transfer of materials and equipment.
• Operate crane for lifting materials and equipment.
• Fulfill transit rules and deliver custom materials like drum cables and heavy equipment.
• Complete checklists and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Middle School / High School

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Ability to transport staff safely and on time.
• Compliance with EHS procedures.
• Experience working in night shifts and on-site.

Desirable:

• DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator
• Experience in Transport and Railway Industries

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy machinery.
• Crane Operator: understanding lifting procedures and tables.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of EHS on site.
• Federal Transportation License.
