Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy machinery.
  • Desirable: DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator.

Purpose of the Job

To drive trucks with platforms carrying loads and operate cranes within tracks and highways.

Position in the Organization

Organization Structure: DIS / Installation

Organizational Reporting: Direct reporting to PrYM

Key Network & Links: Installation Supervisor / Site Coordinator / PrYM / Field Operation Manager

Mission & Performance Measurement
  • Lifting and download equipment maneuvers.
  • Understand and apply weight, volume, distance, and high lift procedures.
  • Maintain optimal condition of trucks and cranes, reporting mechanical failures and attending maintenance.
  • Ensure safety, quality, EHS, and railway safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Availability for work hours.
  • Control of vehicle fuel consumption.
Main Responsibilities

In compliance with EHS standards and regulations, the Staff Transportation Driver is responsible for:

  • Ensuring railway safety at all times.
  • Delivering and handling equipment and materials securely and on time.
  • Adhering to EHS procedures.
  • Reporting vehicle issues and failures.
  • Performing simple electrical or mechanical repairs.
  • Transferring materials and equipment.
  • Operating and handling cranes for lifting.
  • Fulfilling transit rules.
  • Delivering custom materials, tools, and heavy equipment.
  • Completing checklists and documentation.
Educational Requirements

Middle School / High School

Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Transport and staff protection during travels.
  • Timely and safe staff delivery.
  • Compliance with EHS procedures.
  • Experience working in night shifts and on-site.

Desirable:

  • DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator.
  • Experience in transport and railway industries.
Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy machinery. Capable of understanding lifting procedures and using tables. Desirable: knowledge of EHS on site, federal transportation license.
