A leading memory and storage solutions company in Mexico is seeking an engineer to contribute to the development of innovative Memory circuits. The ideal candidate will have a recent degree in Electrical Engineering and strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities include overseeing the layout process and collaborating with various engineering teams. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory / Logic / Analog circuits
• Parasitic modeling and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions
• Overseeing and managing the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing
• Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators
• Contributing to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
• Collaborating with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of products
• Proactively seeking guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality
• Driving innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field
• Graduated within the last 2 years from a relevant degree program
• Good verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience through internships or school projects related to electronics and circuit design
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others
• Passionate about the tech industry

The role does not include responsibilities such as finalizing sales agreements, making contractual decisions, or participating in pricing negotiations, as these are beyond its scope.
