Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a NCG Design Readiness Engineer in its DRAM Engineering Group. You will help prepare new DRAM designs for validation, production readiness, and high‑volume manufacturing, engaging early with design, validation, product engineering and silicon strategy to drive timely resolution of issues.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field, no more than 2 years after graduation.
• Strong foundation in digital design, semiconductor fundamentals, or memory technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop DRAM validation methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with design, validation, product engineering, and architecture teams to support DRAM product readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify potential technical risks and validation challenges before silicon availability and drive mitigation planning.
• Support validation strategy development, test planning, and readiness activities for new DRAM products.
• Analyze silicon behavior and validation results to identify root causes of product issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to debug silicon findings and drive timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to system compatibility assessments and product readiness evaluations.
• Support production readiness and high-volume manufacturing preparation activities.
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders across engineering teams.
