Formación

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Low Voltage commercial roles.
  • Experience working with distributors and account management.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer-specific account relationships, development, and growth.
  2. Sell electrical Siemens low voltage control and distribution products and solutions.
  3. Identify new prospects for specific accounts and end customers.
  4. Seek investment/project opportunities with our partners for MCC, control panels, distribution panels, energy quality & measurement, etc.
  5. Develop partners' portfolios for projects and product distribution accounts.
  6. Build customer loyalty and confidence.
  7. Attend and monitor projects with focus accounts, identifying sales opportunities.
  8. Coordinate with logistics, financial, and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
  9. Report activities regularly (weekly reviews).
  10. Update partners’ leads and opportunities in CRM.
  11. Develop and follow specific work plans for partners and end users.
  12. Engage in proactive self-learning.
  13. Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.
Your Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic, Robotics Engineering, or similar.
  2. 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in Low Voltage.
  3. Experience working with distributors.
  4. Experience in account management.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills.
  7. Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
